WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO A BOOTCAMP CLASS?
Personal training is personal It's about you, achieving your goals, so rates vary from client to client. Your rate is based on factors including your goals, your location and the specificity of your training needs.
WHERE DO BOOTCAMP CLASSES MEET?
Bootcamp classes meet in two locations:
Beach classes meet across from Cafe Rossetti's at 115 Winthrop Shore Drive.
Ingleside classes meet at the gazebo by the skate park.
It's suggested that you bring a set of dumbbells and a mat or towel to class. I do provide some additional sets of dumbbells and mats but not enough for the whole group. And of course, bring a smile and a can-do attitude, you got this!
DO YOU OFFER GROUP TENNIS LESSONS?
Yes of course! Tennis is a sport best enjoyed with family and friends. To encourage play with others 2-player lessons are $140/hour, 3-player lessons are $180/hour and 4-player lessons are $200/hour. (37% off!)
CAN I ATTEND A BOOTCAMP CLASS OR SHOULD I BE IN SHAPE BEFORE COMING?
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN MY FIRST PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION?
Bootcamp classes are for you and everyone you know! Classes have no barriers to entry and all movements and workouts can be modified to suit your individual needs.
You can expect a workout overview, a warmup, a workout and a cool down. I love to get to know my clients and what makes them tick so expect that to take place throughout the hour we spend together. You will work hard, but it will be appropriate for your level of experience.

HOW MUCH IS PERSONAL TRAINING?
Bootcamp classes have a suggested donation of $15 and yes of course I accept Venmo! Cash and Venmo are accepted at all Bootcamp classes.
